Deep Emotional Release Bodywork

with David Llewellyn

Deep Emotional Release Bodywork is a system that frees people from negative experiences and emotions that adversely affect their present thoughts, behavior, and/or quality of life. This is accomplished by identifying unwanted unproductive belief systems & negative patterns stored in the body’s cellular memory and emotional centers, and releasing them from the body and subconscious mind.

Deep Emotional Release Bodywork accesses these recorded experiences and attitudes through a unique pattern of questioning and hands-on techniques. Once traumas, fears, shame, guilt, negative thoughts, & behavior patterns have been identified, David facilitates their release.

This activation introduces energy of positive frequencies into the emotional and physical bodies. It works within all the cells and with the entire nervous system which activates new areas of the brain. It opens up the internal energy system, allowing the free-flow of energy through the body, usually for the first time in years. This results in the gift of increased energy that looks and feels like happiness.

When this happens you begin to express from the “purest” part of yourself, bringing the fullness of your true “SELF” into the forefront of your life. Living your life from this place allows a limitless potential for integration and transformation at the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual level.

How does it work?

Everything is energy.  Just as light, sound, and electricity are forms of energy, so are physical structures (such as bodies, trees, animals, etc.,)  thoughts, and emotions all forms of energy.  Asian medicine has long recognized that there are energetic channels in the body.  These are commonly called the meridians, also the chakras, or energy centers.  Humans are energetic beings.  In a state of wellness, the energy flows easily through the body.  When blockages in the flow of energy occur, the state of disease is observed.  The particular cause and location of a blockage contributes to how the disease is manifested.  Some disease is physical, some emotional, some mental or psychological.  Really, they are all interrelated, but we tend to perceive them as distinct.

When a person experiences a traumatic emotional event, and the emotion is too strong, or the belief system negates the emotion, this energy is often trapped in the body, creating imbalance.  For example, a young child who is shamed as a way of socializing him to stop a particular behavior may develop a belief around that behavior that is about his being, and not his behavior.  Let's say Daniel cries when his feelings are hurt.  He may hear a parent say "There's noting to cry about."  "Big boys don't cry."  "Stop crying" or something harsher, usually delivered with a tone that implies non-acceptance.  What children commonly tell themselves is something like, "I cried, so I am bad."  "I better not cry or nobody will like me."  As this cultural admonition not to cry is reinforced time after time, the child eventually learns to negate his own emotions in order to comply with the no crying message.  The energy of the emotion does not cease.  It simply gets stored at the cellular level, eventually manifesting some sort of chronic symptom.  This process quickly becomes automatic, operating below the level of conscious awareness. Eventually, the level of dis-ease caused by this energetic blockage creates a crisis.  Some behaviors relieve the blockage temporarily, only for it to return in a cyclical pattern that can be seen as repetitive relationship conflicts, physical illness, addictions and compulsive behaviors, mental illness, or other manifestations.

Deep emotional release bodywork accesses the stored emotional energy, releases it in the presence of your conscious awareness, restoring the natural flow of energy through the body, and opening the heart to experience the fullness of life in the here and now.  This powerful technology clears the physical/mental/emotional body of these blockages so that these old patterns do not recur.  It has been compared to "taking a shower on the inside".
